He was very helpful and knowledgeable, even after the sale (holding on to a cd I had left in my old car). The man who did the paperwork was also very helpful. He explained all services/options available without being pushy. I felt like they went out of their way to help me. They really performed a miracle getting me out of a very upside-down deal. I also felt throughout this process that I was in control and that the salesmen were there to answer any questions. The hardest part was deciding on a color!
