I have been a longtime Paul Moak customer, mostly due to the friendly atmosphere that has been created at their dealerships. It's not your normal car dealership for sure. The employees are personable and professional from the Service Manager who checks you in to the Parts Dept. manager, the cashier and the tech who services your vehicle. The service department accurately estimates the time it will take to service the vehicle and the final bill is extremely close to the estimate for the service. The service department informs you if the job will take longer than estimated. Twice I have thought the vehicle needed an alignment. The service tech checked tire wear and test drove the car and reported you don't need an alignment now. More
I've bought 3 new Accords at Paul Moak, a 99, an 07 for me and an 08 for my wife. When I get another car, I'm sure it'll be a Honda from Paul Moak. All my service work is done here. I love the fact that Diane knows my name and recognizes me as soon as I exit my vehicle. I was very impressed with the level of service and attention that I received. I had been exploring lease options for several months, I was pleasantly surprised with an even better lease quote than I attention that I received.
