I was very pleased with the low pressure approach that Lawrence used. I don't like to be called over and over. The salesman was very friendly and tried very hard to get the best deal possible for me. I really enjoyed the entire process and it didn't seem to be be as much of a hassel as I remembered my last car purch the best deal possible for me. First the bad news. The service department. While it is not bad they could be a little quicker to greet arrivals. I have had to go inside and look for someone to check my car in for repair. Also, they have certain mileage service recommendations that are different than what Honda requires. That can be confusing to the customer. Now, the good news. Charlie Waite has been my salesman for many years and I have owned several CRV's and am currently leasing an Accord. I have the utmost confidence that he is being fair about pricing and ALWAYS treats me like the "good" customer I am. That goes a LONG way when I start to consider buying/leasing a new vehicle. More
