I want to take another opportunity to thank Chris and the service team members at the dealership for another job well done. All systems are a go and thumbs up. On Friday afternoon while in the process of completing my To Do list, when I entered my car, I saw three alert lights, which caused me to take an exhale moment. I am grateful that my call was transferred to Chris. He relieved my anxiety and made an 8am appointment on Saturday. Chris’s comments - "You can complete your errands and I will see you in the morning". On Saturday morning, Chris discovered based on my car service record, that in 20 days, I was due for an oil change, and it would be wise to take care of that service while at the dealership. I stopped by Paul Miller Toyota of West Caldwell, NJ to test drive a 2023 RAV4. The car drove nicely and the staff at the dealership were very helpful. The saleswoman(Kelly) who I was dealing with was know test drive a 2023 RAV4. The car drove nicely and the staff at the dealership were very helpful. The saleswoman(Kelly) who I was dealing with was knowledgeable and kind. I Kelly came to my home the next day in order to bring me back to the dealership to complete the delivery. It was a no pressure deal. I was able to get the RAV4 at MSRP. I felt this was a good deal considering the new car pricing environment. Very rude service department. Complete disregard for the customer. I had an appointment there for a car service on Sat Dec 3rd. Flately denied service once I reached there.
