I had a hitch installed. They gave me a price on the phone. I told them I had a 15% off coupon and was told bring it in when you drop the car. The guy on the phone insisted this was an "accessory" and was already discounted - which after checking the Toyota website I can see is a lie as the parts were sold to me at full price. They also went with the bottom line of the coupon - "Other restrictions may apply." Well - they had two opportunities to tell me they wouldn't honor my coupon before the job was done. They didn't on each and in fact told me it would be applied when I checked out. Trust these people at your own risk. More

There were several very nice men who made us feel comfortable (conversation, coffee, water) until Krz got going. He looked through reams of paperwork that I brought with me, and solved several sticky problems until he passed me off to cool Frank in financing. A major nerd, but exactly the kind of guy my sweetie and I appreciate. All were straightforward and seemingly honest. No trickery, fast talk or other car sales cliches. I understood everything. We were taken to the car with Justin, a fine man, who taught this 70 year old the intricacies of working a new car. My last car is a 2010. The electronics are daunting.
