I first dealt with a combination of Jaime and Cathy from internet sales. Both were efficient, knowledgable and quite nice, and did the fair dealing for the regular sales staff. I had some e communication with a sales manager and agreed to show up to purchase the ‘22 Corolla SE. When I got there I met Krzysztof ( Kris) who was the official salesman(?). There were several very nice men who made us feel comfortable (conversation, coffee, water) until Krz got going. He looked through reams of paperwork that I brought with me, and solved several sticky problems until he passed me off to cool Frank in financing. A major nerd, but exactly the kind of guy my sweetie and I appreciate. All were straightforward and seemingly honest. No trickery, fast talk or other car sales cliches. I understood everything. We were taken to the car with Justin, a fine man, who taught this 70 year old the intricacies of working a new car. My last car is a 2010. The electronics are daunting. He made all the new stuff make sense, answered many naïve questions from me, and didn’t make me feel stupid. A keeper. All said and done, a pleasant experience in a car dealership! Surprise! If you would rather have a Honda, they have a dealership across the street. More

Be careful with this dealership, I went to this dealership the salesman wrote down the quotes on papers but didn’t give me to take home when I ask. I finally signed a lease for my car. However, I found that they charged an extra month of fees of $465 more than the quote. Since I don’t have that paper with me and everything was verbal, I don’t have a proof - I ended up called the police into the store but what the policeman could only do was to give me a report….this is “ Paul Miller Toyota of West Caldwell“ – I have never had such experience in the US in the last 30 years…., so, now I know why they didn’t give me a written quote over the phone or with a written paper in store. They tells you one thing, but, they put another thing inside the contact…I will tell entire world for this story with my police report. More
