After being more or less pushed around at other dealers the last week or so I found myself at Caldwell Toyota. Immediately I felt way more comfortable then I had at other dealers. Pressure was not being put on me at all, instead we found a Rav-4 with options similar to what I was looking for. I was not up sold on anything. The salesmen was very respectful and did not make me feel pressure to have to buy that moment. Once it came time to talk money I felt just as relaxed. We really worked together to get down the price I was looking for. It was clear that they were trying to help me out. After some light negotiation I got to walk away with a new car. I would recommend Caldwell to anyone looking to buy a new car. More

My wife and I had a vary favorable experience because of our salesperson, Mr. Julio Vilchez. He was very friendly and welcoming and was a good listener as well as being an outstanding salesperson. He was very knowledgeable regarding the features of the Camry and explained in detail every step of the process involved in turning in our current Camry and leasing another. We truly felt that he was interested in making this a good experience for us, and had our best interest at heart. Even negotiating the price was done in a non-adversarial way which was much appreciated. We will definitely recommend Julio to our friends looking for a new car. More

I have bought a few new cars from Caldwell Toyota ( both Toyota and Scion ) and the experience has been great every time. Our salesman Alan was great and he really knew the product. I was about to sign up for a deal with Nissan when I decided to shop around, which thankfully I did because I was introduced to Julio at Caldwell Toyota. I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody who wants excellent customer service and all your questions answered. All the employees were friendly and very personable which made me feel welcomed. I ended up getting a new 2014 Toyota Corolla which I love!!!! Caldwell Toyota is an old-fashioned dealership in that they still say "they have to go talk to their manager" before giving you a price quote and use the old paper forms with descriptions that you cannot they still say "they have to go talk to their manager" before giving you a price quote and use the old paper forms with descriptions that you cannot understand. That notwithstanding they are by far the best dealership to work with within 50 miles. Their customer service is excellent and the salesperson we worked with, Chris Zak, is calm, pleasant and very easy to work with. He does not pressure and always took time to explain everything. We also found the finance manager Jim Velsor easy to work with. Neither of them tried to sell us anything we didn't want and didn't waste our time. We don't know if we received the best price we could since no other Toyota dealer we contacted would be willing to provide us with an online quote. We provided a detailed request for a price for a Highlander with specific options to 5 Toyota dealers and not one would provide a quote online. They all wanted us to "stop in for a test drive. "or "stop by to check out their "specials". Not sure why Toyota makes the comparison process so difficult. We also looked at Audi's and Acura's and most of the dealers had internet sales and were more than willing to provide quotes through email. If we had not worked with Chris and Jim at Caldwell Toyota we would have given up and purchased something other than a Toyota. More
This dealership is awful. Be mindful if you contact them they are very aggressive in giving over priced quotes. Their intention is to rip customers off. There is no need for immature behavior at a car dealership. With several other dealership choices, I suggest shoppers skip over this one and move on to another dealer. More
