The customer experience at Paul Miller Porsche is one of the worst I have ever experienced. I have long purchased luxury and other vehicles and the dealer service is as important as the automobile itself. the worst I have ever experienced. The staff can be rude, they may often Hodak back material information that can be costly later and with respect to follow up service on the car itself they try to regularly upsell and oversell your vehicle. I did not purchase my Porsche from Paul Miller, but service it there. They are the best! I own 4 other Porsches at my other homes (out of state) and while the service departments are good, none are service it there. They are the best! I own 4 other Porsches at my other homes (out of state) and while the service departments are good, none are like Paul Miller in Parsippany. The entire process is always seamless - from intake (Professional and helpful) to actual service and delivery. I highly recommend them!! More

Stay away! I was an existing customer from Paull Miller Land Rover and reached out to order a new Porsche. The salesman Vincent told me originally that they were not charging over MSRP. I told them I had Land Rover and reached out to order a new Porsche. The salesman Vincent told me originally that they were not charging over MSRP. I told them I had heard dealers were charging premiums over MSRP, but he assured me that was not true. A few days later after being difficult to get in contact with, he called me and told me they were going to be adding a $20,000 premium to the car if I wanted to move forward. He told me this was Paul Miller's decision himself and that every other Porsche dealer I contacted would be doing the same thing so that I will basically realize that they are not being dirt bags since everyone is doing it. I have since spoken with 4 other dealers, all of which are NOT adding a premium. I am now in line to buy the car I wanted with a stand up dealer for the price as advertised. They should be ashamed. Disaster. No interest in the customer. Purchased/leased 4 vehicles in last 8 years. When decided to buy out lease salesman Raj Rajaratnam did not call back or respond and manager covered for his lies and exc vehicles in last 8 years. When decided to buy out lease salesman Raj Rajaratnam did not call back or respond and manager covered for his lies and excuses. The manager also was suppose to promptly help me with the buyout promising a quick process and bringing car in for a cleaning/wax. Never heard back. I guess 500,000 in cars and over 20,000 dollars in services is not relevant to Paul Miller Porsche if the lease buyout produces little profit for dealer. Sad no loyalty to a great customer who will tell his wealthy friends to never consider Paull Miller to buy their next Porsche. More
