I walked in today and walked around for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I requested for a sales person to give me some info on the vehicle. When it came time to talk price, I explained to him that I have been to 3 other Porsche dealerships for the same vehicle, and I was looking for a lease. He told me bluntly, "if you are just looking for the best price, I probably cant help you." I then asked if Paul Miller was competitive with other dealers in the area and his response was "these Cayenne 6 cylinders are going like hotcakes, I have no reason to discount them." When I asked what his best number would be on a lease, he said he would have to work up the numbers but that he would 'do me a favor" and sell me the car for $1,000 off list. (A hefty $5,000 profit for Nick and the dealership.) I responded by giving Nick the prices at Town and Ray Catena, he stated "we dont have to compete with nobody (sic). You want to steal the car you dont want to buy the car. You should go somewhere else." Not what I expected from a Porsche salesman, perhaps Paul Miller should start selling Hyundais and leave the Porsches to more professional dealers. More
