Others have also reported similar complaints. They will sell you a car, but trying to service it is a totally different experience. Took my business to an another Porsche Dealer for service of my Cayenne and also purchased a new car. Shame really, I have been a loyal customer for years. I think PMJr. should make a note of this and shake things up. For my business, we always keep our existing customers and maintain loyalty its always cheaper and more effective as opposed trying to acquire new ones. More

I have been dealing with sales and service at this dealer for many years and at one time they were the gold standard. I would tell other service centers how great my experience was with Paul Miller. That h for many years and at one time they were the gold standard. I would tell other service centers how great my experience was with Paul Miller. That has changed for the worse. I paid $7500 for service and tires. Dealer had my car for 10 days and could have had it as long as needed as I dont drive it often. They texted me (never once called me) to say that it was ready to pick up. The following day I showed up as planned and it was filthy (plenty of bird poop and dirt on the car) which was worse when I arrived home as the gel or grease from the new tires splattered all over the sides of the car during the drive. They must have parked the car under a tree with birds. Now I know why the service leader didn't speak with me and ran off after handing me my keys. I did text him since that is how he communicates and his response was "we are so busy, didn't have time to clean the car, sorry". I wonder if they actually did the service. I still love the car but the service is on par with Ford now. It's probably time to move on from this dealer and maybe Porsche as well. Makes me sad as I always loved this brand. Lower your expectations when dealing with them. More
