I called before I went, they told me they could take me and get me out pretty quick on an oil change. I drove about 20 miles to get there and they did exactly what they said. There were 2 people in the office when I walked in to drop off my car. Neither one acknowledged me, I stood there for a good 3 minutes before I was finally spoken to. Even if you are busy, you should drop off my car. Neither one acknowledged me, I stood there for a good 3 minutes before I was finally spoken to. Quick Lube personnel were wonderful. I had somewhat a serious issue that needed to be fixed before it caused major damage to my vehicle. I called...took it in and and left it, they pin p I had somewhat a serious issue that needed to be fixed before it caused major damage to my vehicle. I called...took it in and and left it, they pin pointed the problem, called me back within 2-3 hours for authorization and proceeded to fix it. Within a total of 5 hours it has fixed and ready. They even provided shuttle service so I did not have to wait at the dealership. Awesome! More

This dealership does all they can to satisfy your needs. They do a great job. In my case I feel they were hindered due to a poor design by having to use a plastic oil pan. But they carefully went through th They do a great job. In my case I feel they were hindered due to a poor design by having to use a plastic oil pan. But they carefully went through the process and got my oil leak stopped for now. I hope it lasts in the long run because I love my Lincoln MKZ Black Label. We like Paul Clark Ford, and we use them to service my car and my wife's Ford Focus that she likes very much. More
