After buying 5 vehicles from this dealership I will not buy another one. Simply put, i have a door problem, shortly After my purchase in 2018 the dealer Replaced the the door latch by 2 times. The third time I took it in with this intermittent problem the service manager Advised me to bring it bAck when it totally quits. I advised him I was getting close to the end of my warranty, he told me not to worry about it “he would see to it getting fixed”. Well this week when I took it back again Hopefully to get it fixed I was told “Sure We will fix it but not for free” as promised, your warranty has expired. I ask how much to fix it as I am 80 yeas old and live on A fixed income, I have to be careful. the answer was we don’t know. I could say a lot more but I understand Some dealerships may not stand behind there word. I called before I went, they told me they could take me and get me out pretty quick on an oil change. I drove about 20 miles to get there and they did exactly what they said. There were 2 people in the office when I walked in to drop off my car. Neither one acknowledged me, I stood there for a good 3 minutes before I was finally spoken to. Even if you are busy, you should drop off my car. Neither one acknowledged me, I stood there for a good 3 minutes before I was finally spoken to.
