I am very happy bringing my maverick here. Very courteous staff and even delivered my truck back to me after the recall work done. I would definitely recommend Paul Clark ford. After having a bad experience with Coggin Ford on Atlantic Boulevard, the first time I needed to have my trucks serviced for a seatbelt fault, that took six days to repair because I drop my truck off Atlantic Boulevard, the first time I needed to have my trucks serviced for a seatbelt fault, that took six days to repair because I drop my truck off on Friday. They didn’t look at my truck until Wednesday and the service department there (Coggin) said this was the case at every Ford dealership!!!? So when I got a power train fault, reduced power, I didn’t want to go back to Coggin, again it was on the weekend and I figured that it was gonna be the same case at Paul Clark Ford in Yulee Florida my truck arrived on a Saturday morning, at 7:30 in the morning Monday, I got a call from the service department just wanting to know why my truck was towed in there. I informed Kylie Browning of what had happened over the weekend and that Ford roadside was handling everything and I thought that they informed them of what was going on. Kylie Browning was the service advisor who called me that morning. She informed me that she’d have her technician look at it and get back to me and I was amazed that about an hour and a half later, she called me up told me what the problem was and that the part was four days out. I was thrilled! not that my truck was going to be out of commission for that long, but that I got a response and got informed and reassured that the problem was being addressed unlike my previous experience with Coggin Ford that I had to keep calling and inquiring, to never get a call back, I had to call the sales person that I bought the car through to go over the service to find out what was going on for me. And as Ms. Browning told me four days later around noon, I got a message that my truck was ready to pick up. When I went in to first speak to Ms Browning for the first time I expressed to her how much I appreciated the service that I received. Kylie Brown I can’t say it enough how much I appreciate it that You took care of my problem in such a timely and professional manner, she is a excellent representative of Paul Clark Ford. More
Experienced initial difficulty in reaching someone to handle the accomplishment of a recall repair. Once I got through to the scheduling person the entire experience was excellent. The recall repair was accomplished faster than anticipated and the vehicle was returned approx. 2 hours prior to the promised time. The entire staff met or exceeded my expectations. After buying 5 vehicles from this dealership I will not buy another one. Simply put, i have a door problem, shortly After my purchase in 2018 the dealer Replaced the the door latch by 2 times. The third time I took it in with this intermittent problem the service manager Advised me to bring it bAck when it totally quits. I advised him I was getting close to the end of my warranty, he told me not to worry about it “he would see to it getting fixed”. Well this week when I took it back again Hopefully to get it fixed I was told “Sure We will fix it but not for free” as promised, your warranty has expired. I ask how much to fix it as I am 80 yeas old and live on A fixed income, I have to be careful. the answer was we don’t know. I could say a lot more but I understand Some dealerships may not stand behind there word.
