I was traveling alone from Key West to Maine. I heard a noise in my Explorer and wanted to make sure there was noting seriously wrong with the car. I stopped into Paul Clark Ford. Due to my circumstances, Daniel got my car in directly to check it out. These guys are great. They checked it out and made sure there was no issue. While vacationing in Amelia Island FL a strange noise developed in our Audi the day before we were due to start our drive back to the State of Maine. It was a Saturday and we knew it would be difficult t developed in our Audi the day before we were due to start our drive back to the State of Maine. It was a Saturday and we knew it would be difficult to get it taken care of right away. Sure enough the first two places we tried were extremely busy and said they couldn't even put it on a lift until late that day or even worse on Monday. However, we were told by one of the places we tried to take it to Quick Lane in Yulee and ask for Robbie. So we did. Quick Lane was also packed with customers, but Robbie listened to our plight and said "let me take it for a drive".A few minutes later Robbie was back with a serviceman whose name was also Robbie. They handed me a small stone that they had found between the brake dust cover and the rotor. Obviously they had put it on a lift and removed the dust cover. Problem fixed. This was outstanding service and concern for a customer. You can't imagine how happy we were to have the problem taken care of. These are the kind of people we all wish to know and deal with in our lives. We highly recommend Quick Lane in Tulee for its responsiveness, diagnostics and concern for customers.. More

(took them +2 hours to fix it). 2) The fuel gauge stopped working properly. 3) Upholstery from the ceiling unglued itself. ^ all fo these were inside the first 1month post-purchase. points 2 and 3 they didn't want to be accountable.Crooks I'm starting to think that all the 5 stars are bots or employees. Their dealer fee is lower than area dealers, which was a good trade off. The Sales Rep was nice but not knowledgeable of the vehicle at all. He told me it had navigation and a back up camera, and it does not. I glossed that as I did not feel like he was untruthful, I just think he assumed it had them. I already knew it did not, so it was not a big deal. It was late and the dealer was closing. They got the paperwork done quickly and I was out of there fast. I appreciated that.
