I apologize for your experience, we want every experience to be positive. My understanding is when your vehicles was purchased 2/27/20, it was purchased "as-is", like a lot of used vehicles we sell. When you returned on 3/2/20 with a burned out light bulb, we did replace that at our expense. I apologize for the time it took to repair, but glad to help. When you returned at the end of March or the first of April with two additional concerns, we were trying to communicate we would assist by possibly having our vendors execute the repairs and ask them to charge you our price, not the retail price you would normally pay. When the situation escalated our contact ended. We try hard to be an honorable company and don't tell our customers no lightly. I apologize for the situation.

@Paul Clark Ford Do not twist the pork tail more than it is already. Here is what happened. YOU WASHED YOUR HANDS. We were EXPECTING a help from you, we were willing to PAY a reasonable price, but the finance man DIRECTLY told me that there was nothing that they can do. He LITERALLY went his way and showed us the front door yelling "Is not our problem", "Is your problem, figure it out yourself". We told all the sellers that they wanted to helped us that we just arrived at Fernandina Beach 5 months prior to buying the car, so we didn't know who to contact for this problem. You guys sold this car "as-is" but all these problems came in the same FIRST MONTH, prior to the first payment, pretty strange if you ask me, isn't it? We have 2 neighbours that lived in Fern. Beach many years, who FOREWARNED US about you. One ended up buying a Mustang on Georgia ($50K) and the other bought a Ford Platinum in Ford JAX($70K), you guys lost $120K because you are NOT TRUSTWORTHY. Do I need to explain myself forward?
