Some dealers stereotype you by the clothes you wear and treat you based on their assessment of your wealth. Not at Patrick. I wore jeans and a tshirt and they treated me respectfully. I bought my 535i from Patrick, and will buy my next BMW from Patrick as well. Great overall experience for me! More
Kam is a very polite service oriented individual sales person. He explained the process and features of the car really well. I had a couple of questions after the sale and he was very much willing to explain to me the various features of the car once more. All in all I am extremely pleased with Kam's service. In addition, I had a question concerning the functionality of my car (plenty of electronics and features), Kam was not there at that time, and Angelo (I cannot remember the last name of that individual) was willing to answer all my questions very patiently and thoroughly. Another great person in your staff. Furthermore, yesterday, while I brought my car for a wash, I purchase a set of all weather floor mats. After the car wash, the Matthew was the service person, seeing me holding the floor mats, he offered to install the floor mats for me. I really was impressed with the before as well as the after service sale. Finally, during my initial search for the car, I had quite a bit of email communications with Alexandra Parish. Alexandra was very helpful, patient, and followed up quite thoroughly and timely with all our communications. All in all, the whole process was an outstanding experience. A great job indeed in part of all of your staff. More
Vince is a great salesman to work with. He was attentive to every aspect and truly made us feel at home. We also feel good about the deal we got as fair to everyone. The only thing I could fault the dealership on would be the Finance area. We had a cash deal and just needed to sign a few forms and write Patrick a check. Unfortunately we sat for over 90 minutes before we were seen by Finance. It took less time than that to close the deal with Vince. I might also add that being out-of-state we were told we would see our title transfer paperwork in a week. It has been 11 days and still no package of papers from Finance. Despite all this, I still am very pleased with the Patrick experience. Thanks Vince! More
I brought my 2010 X5 in for service on my brakes and to get the software update for the NAV system. Kristin was great in getting me the service I needed in a timely manner. The problem with the NAV system I thought would be corrected with the software update but unfortunately the problem still persists. I brought the problem to BMWNA when I first purchased the vehicle in Nov '09. The problem is that the NAV system can't find my house or the thousands of other houses in Kane and DuPage counties that use letters in the house address ie. 4N112 Country View Ln. I am amazed that a problem as simple as this has not been corrected in the 4 years I have owned this car. I am also amazed that BMW is well aware of the problem as the various service advisors I have dealt with since owning this car knew exactly what I was talking about. I have owned BMW's since '97 and was a big fan of the company but the competition between premium automobiles is too great. Therefore my next car I buy in the next 6 months will have to be another premium automobile. While this problem appears to be minor it leaves a bad taste in my mouth that it hasn't been corrected. All the other cars I am considering have fantastic electronics and makes BMW's look antiquated. More

After test driving the Countryman, I talked with Ric on the phone regarding our trade-in and what our limit was on spending for the Countryman. We agreed on a price for both and when my husband and I went in to finalize it on paper, we both thought no way could this be as easy as it was and sure enough everything Ric and I discussed over the phone was the same when we went in to purchase the Countryman. Ric took the time to explain everything from building the Countryman to when the car was delivered and he has followed up with phone calls to make sure everything is going smoothly with the vehicle. I am loving my Countryman and would definitely encourage anyone interested in a Mini to buy one. So far Patrick Mini has been a great dealership and I will definitely recommend Ric Tryce and Patrick Mini/BMW. . More

Normally, when I think of dealing with a pushy car salesman, I start feeling that maybe I would prefer a root canal. The car buying experience with Angelo was not like that at all. First of all, he made me feel comfortable and really listened to me. He new that price was very important to me and helped me find the right vehicle with the options I was looking for. He placed the new car order and kept me informed of the status every step of the way. I dealt with Angelo mainly through email and he responded readily to every question I had. Based on my experience with Angelo, I would highly recommend Patrick BMW to friends and family. Very good job guys! More

This dealership is very professional and responsive. This is my 5th car from Patrick BMW and they do a great job. Good pricing, attentive staff, clean facilities and excellent follow-up.
