My flat tire light went on and indicated I needed to get to a dealership right away. So on New Year's eve afternoon around 2:00pm, I drove to the nearest dealership. Considering they were closing early for the holiday, I was thrilled to be able to get a new tire. They did the work quickly and competently. When I received my car, my windows were spotless and the carpets had been vacuumed, both of which I did not expect. The service writer explained they would have washed my car however it was snowing and too cold. He told me to come back when the weather becomes better and they will gladly wash it for me. I rate this excellent. Love my mini and love the service experience. More
