Their sales associates and staff were courteous, informative, and willing to work with us t Patrick BMW stocks a great selection of makes and models. Their sales associates and staff were courteous, informative, and willing to work with us toward the vehicle we wanted. For us in particular, Johannes Steenkamp approached us while we explored the vehicles in their lot. After explaining differences between models and features, he quickly put us behind the wheel and let the car do the rest. He guided us through all vehicle features during the road test, which definitely made a big difference for us. Afterward, he quickly worked out financing examples for each package, feature, warranty and coverage they offered. We walked out of the dealership with all the information needed to pull the trigger if needed. Overall, I highly recommend them if you are looking for a BMW. More

Patrick BMW " Horrible dealer to do business with " Dealer ( Patrick BMW Schaumburg IL ) sold me a 2013 Nissan GTR with a full factory Warranty on 11-18-2014 shipped it to NY on 11-22-2014 where I took Dealer ( Patrick BMW Schaumburg IL ) sold me a 2013 Nissan GTR with a full factory Warranty on 11-18-2014 shipped it to NY on 11-22-2014 where I took delivery on it. Paint work all over the car & loud noise coming from the rear end of the car. They told me to bring it in for repairs which I did & 4 1/2 weeks later Star Nissan in queens NY told me there is no warranty on the car because back in 2013 it was put in some kind of race mode & that voided the warranty. I spoke to the selling dealer ( Tim Gadmoski ) he advised me that he needed to talk to his manager Alex Razvi & he would get back to me. A week later I received a call back from him after about a dozen or so calls to him saying they will not take the car back & I'm on my own with fixing the tranny in the car which cost $16,000 More
