Greg also took the time to show me all the nuances of the car so that I could easily configure it the way I wanted without having to read pages and pages from the owner manual. Starting with the misleading information about the lease and interest rates, to the horrible customer service, our entire experience at Patrick BMW wa Starting with the misleading information about the lease and interest rates, to the horrible customer service, our entire experience at Patrick BMW was ridiculously bad. We should have know better - here is why: Being new to Illinois, we asked about interest rates and taxes, and were misled into a lease, which actually costs more than it would have to finance the car through the bank. When we tried to discuss other options, we were flatly told, “You can’t." The car - which had 7000 miles on it (“used" by any other name) - was sold as “new” because it had never been titled. This “new” car showed a good deal of use, starting with a mangled wheel, and a cracked/broken rear light, which we had to discover for ourselves, as opposed to the dealership doing the necessary due diligence. When we brought the car in to have the windows tinted and to get the damage fixed, we were told they would call us when the car was ready. This was not to be. Rather, we had to call to find out when the car would be ready, and then we were never given confirmation that the car was actually ready. Upon deciding to pick up the car the next day (still not know if the car was ready or not), the Customer Service personnel told us that we had not received a call because they were, “really busy.” When we picked up the car, it was not washed or vacuumed as we had been told it would be. In fact, it was dirtier. And the people who had been working in our car left one of their tools in the backseat. To say that this was a bad experience would be downplaying it. The only saving grace of this experience is the fact that I can use ANY dealership in the U.S. for the maintenance of the car, which is one benefit I intend to use in order to avoid the insult that Patrick BMW calls “Customer Service." More

Not once did he try the old closing lines or tell us he needed a sale or bring in his manager. It was refreshing! I will shop there again. More

Probably the BEST car dealer in Chicagoland I've been taking my 528XI to Patrick BMW for 4 years now. I tried 4 other BMW dealers before trying Patrick BMW. From first visit to now Patrick BMW I've been taking my 528XI to Patrick BMW for 4 years now. I tried 4 other BMW dealers before trying Patrick BMW. From first visit to now Patrick BMW provide consistent courtesy and professionalism. Their service team always greet when you pull in. Adam and Matt, two guys I dealt with always explains in details on service they will perform. Always take time to answer my questions and provide additional insight. It was time to trade in my 528XI, so I met Keith who took time to help me find the right car for me. Keith really knew what I wanted and never pressured me to take something else that was readily available. Few months later, Keith found the perfect 2014 X5 with all options I've been looking for. Considering demand of the new X5, I'm sure this wasn't easy since I did not want to order without seeing/driving the car I intent to buy. Keith was able to obtain a great deal and I am absolutely happy with my new X5. Keith's patience, professionalism and taking time to really understand what I wanted really stood out. After meeting Tim, Sales Manager, I can see how Patrick BMW focus on customer comfort and satisfaction over pushing numbers. Entire process to complete paperwork was smooth and without any pressure. I will continue to get my BMW serviced as well as my future BMW at Patrick BMW. More

Awful customer service I had to deal with the most incompetent, awful, lack of communication skills, type pf employees. I called service to schedule a appointment of what should have been a great,easy flowing conversation it turned to the worst. I couldn't understand the woman who picked up my call unforgettably her accent was really thick I couldn't make up of what she was saying, her communicating skill weren't to her best knowledge for what it seem she couldn't make up her mind about pricing. Forget about the ultimate BMW experience, she was awfully rude, quick to hang up, her answers were unacceptable. More

Gary went above and beyond to contact me weekly regarding the status of my car. He has continued to check in to see if I am happy and in need of any further assistance. BMW's are very competitively priced right now and Chris made us feel that we got a great value. I would absolutely recommend Gary and Patrick BMW. More

The one I saw and hoped to get was snapped up before I could get it. Vince and his manager were able to work with me to get a comparable one in the ball park of what I was looking at. The transaction was seamless and there has been consistent follow up since. In a commoditized market service makes a difference. The fact that there is red glove service where they leave a loaner in your driveway and pick up your car makes it even easier. This is our third purchase in a year via the Patrick dealership across several brands. More

There was never any pressure applied to see a model outside the specification I wanted,it was a collaboration of my desires and their inventory.When the options were narrowed down , both men took the time again to graciously explain the features to my wife at a later time as the final decision was made on the final 2 considerations.
