We worked with DJ who was very accommodating, knowledgeable and professional, as well as fun to be around. Three days later we returned to take possession of our beautiful new car and worked with Derek, then finalized the papers with Scott. We were equally impressed with the service we received from Derek and Scott. Derek gave us another run-down of the many features of the XLE and assured us that he will be happy to answer any future questions we might have. Scott has the paperwork process down to a science so even though we had to sign lots of it, the process was smooth and not too time consuming. Overall my husband and I rank Parks better than EXCELLENT and will recommend this dealership to our friends and family. In 2007 I owned a basic Highlander which I drove for 7 years with no trouble ever. I'm very happy to be back in a Toyota. It is comfortable, quiet and has lots of safety features. More
Rude and condescending dealership Literally the worst dealership I have ever been to. I went there to look at and possibly purchase an Audi S3 that was available. Drove the car and Literally the worst dealership I have ever been to. I went there to look at and possibly purchase an Audi S3 that was available. Drove the car and was ready to start working on the price. The out the door price started at $40k including their rip off $900 "dealer doc fee". I told the salesperson that was too high and I wanted to be more towards $35k. She goes back and out comes the sales manager trying to justify the price. I tell him that's what I want to pay and if they can't make it happen, that's fine no hard feelings. He goes back and out comes the general sales manager. This is where is all really goes sideways. He says it will be $50 a month more than I want to pay. I said that's too much and I don't want to pay that much. After some back and forth of him trying to get me to increase my budget he says "If you want to start looking at audis and luxury cars you need to be ready for a big boy payment". Strike one. I fail to see how that was at all necessary. He starts try and get me to go up $25 a month. I say no, I want to pay X amount. He plays the whole "this is the only car like this in 250 miles blah blah the price is good". Which is obviously a lie since I have been looking for this specific car and there's a few around and the price was decent, not great. He then says "I'm just going to be honest, if you can't come up with an extra $25 a month in your budget maybe you can't afford an Audi and all the maintenance". I have never been more shocked in my life. I don't know what game he's playing to try and guilt me into paying more for a car than I want. He should crawl back to the buy here pay here car lot he came from. We immediately got up and left without another word. This Mr pickles is literally everything wrong with car dealerships. He is the reason people hate car dealerships and as long as he is allowed to talk to customers, park will continue to lose people. I went to a Toyota dealership in West Palm two days later and bought an S3 for the price I wanted with no shady dealer fees or anything else. More
Never walked away from a sale...until this place. If I could give a zero rating, I would. About a week ago my husband and I drove there to hopefully purchase a used Audi s3. My husband has been search If I could give a zero rating, I would. About a week ago my husband and I drove there to hopefully purchase a used Audi s3. My husband has been searching for six months and knew what a reasonable price was for the car and knew how much he should be paying for it each month. I should also mention he used to work for Ford corporate so he's aware of dealerships sales tactics in advance. He went into this telling the sales woman and two other managers that came in after that if the numbers didn't work no hard feelings. They wouldn't budge from their price but instead of saying they couldn't drop the price they managed to make matters even worse. We didn't want to pay $50-$60 more per month for the car and we made that incredibly clear. The general sales manager, Mr.Pickles, came over and asked us to increase our budget...now at this point they haven't even taken a dollar off the price of the car, we said no, we aren't increasing our budget. He procceds to fire insults thinking he can intimidateusinto buying it. First he says if we want an Audi we need to be prepared for "Big Boy Payments." He again asks us to raise our budget and we say no. He then proceeds to tell us that if we can't raise our budget then we probably cannot afford the car or the maintenance. That was the last straw and we got up and left. On the way out my husband says if you drop the price give us a call and Mr. pickles said "don't worry, we won't." This is also we asked them not to run credit until we got the numbers down and they ran it anyway....after we showed them how good the credit score is. Mr. Pickles also told us we would not find another car like this in 250 miles for this price. Well he was WRONG, two days later we bought the same car, similar mileage, for about 6k less out the door than his price and no ripoff dealer fee. This is why people hate buying cars, people like him. I encourage you to avoid Park Toyota as long as he works there. He has zero customer service skills. More

Employees steal Got my car serviced they stole my phone that I use as an MP3 player. I reported it to them several days later. So I was pretty much fine with the loss Got my car serviced they stole my phone that I use as an MP3 player. I reported it to them several days later. So I was pretty much fine with the loss of the phone up until I got a call from Denise the customer relations manager. She offered me a free oil change. Which was hilarious because I already get free oil changes for the next 8 years. That’s what I paid for. Her offer was a disgrace because she didn’t even care to look up what I got from them and I’ve been with them for 4 years. I’ve sent people there to get vehicles. But this girl pissed me off with her bs resolution. So she got mad when I told her her offer was a disgrace. She is still clueless that I won’t be paying for an oil change for 8 years. She doesn’t care about customer relations so my suggestion is make sure you empty your car out before getting serviced. Otherwise your out of luck and no one will even help you out. No f**ks were giving when they need to correct something they did wrong. But will happily take your money. More
