Disappointing service visit Upon check in service advisor told me I was not eligible for the tires for life program because I had not had enough service visit to Parks for the la Upon check in service advisor told me I was not eligible for the tires for life program because I had not had enough service visit to Parks for the last year. I han retired and have not used my vehicle as much as I had in the past. Then I was told that if I paid for three alignments I would be reinstated. That is extortion in my book. Then when I got home after service I found the two front tires had different tire pressures and I had tires rotated and a wheel alignment done. So much for correct service after the lecture from the service advisor that I hadn’t done proper service on my truck. Very disappointing after being a loyal customer! More
