I was investigating a few different vehicles so it took me about 5 days to make my decision on the 2015 Ford Escape. Cory was always there for me to ask questions and stop back by to revisit the vehicle. I appreciated his kindness, patience, knowledge and professionalism. Mario was attentive to what I wanted in a new car, price point I wanted to stay in and patient with me as I was reluctant to trade in my vehicle. Over a few weeks time I made an appointment to come in to work the numbers and test drive a 2016 Hyundai Elantra. I arrived for my appointment, Mario had an elantra all set up under the service area in the shade for our test drive. I was sold the moment I drove it. Mario worked with his team to get me in the car I wanted. All of the staff at Parks Ford and Parks Hyundai were professional and friendly. While Scott Wright prepared my finance information, Mario made sure my new 2016 Elantra was detailed and ready to drive off. Mario even helped with my belongings from my ford to my new car. Scott was very professional even went as far as comparing multiple financial institutes to find the best finance rate for my loan. Scott even took a photo of Mario and I in front of my new purchase. We were promptly g Last weekend my husband I went to Parks Ford to look at a new explorer, as we're expecting a baby and need a bigger vehicle for me. We were promptly greeted by Mario Lutchman, with a handshake and a smile, brought into the dealership and was asked a series of questions. I wasn't picky about exterior color, just the features. Mario knew the exact car that matched what I wanted, brought it to us, we went for a test drive and then discussed financing and trading in my old car. We left to test drive another vehicle at a different dealership and was unhappy from the moment I stepped on that lot. The service was poor, the vehicle not at all what I expected. We went home, picked up my old car and title, went back to Ford and Mario made the trade and sale happen quickly. I love my new explorer and am happy that Mario is my POC at Parks Ford. I will recommend Parks Ford and Mario to everyone that's in the market for a new vehicle. More

I had some questions about the Ford Focus, which he was more than helpful with. after looking at the focus help me get a price quote together and I told him I would return as I wanted to look at other cars. I stopped by the dealership the following day and found that Cory was not working that day. I stepped next door to Parks Hyundai and was looking around and Dan Heskett introduced himself to me asking if he could me in any way please let him know. I was looking at a 2015 Hyundai Elantra SE. Dan assisted me with answering any Questions that I had. After taking a test drive I found myself really liking the Elantra both for the Price and the options that I wanted. I want to give credit to both Cory and Dan as for other salesmen I have come in contact with , Both Cory and Dan were very Professional and in no way Pushy in any way. On 7/10/2015 I Became the Proud owner of a 2016 Hyundai Elantra SE. From the minute I stepped out of the tow truck until 72 hours later when I finalized the purchase of a 2015 F350 Lariat, my experience with the entire staff (members of the sales, service, and finance departments) was the most positive I have ever encountered. Liana was a top notch salesperson and truly worked to find me the best deal and the right vehicle. There are many dealerships that would have taken advantage of my situation (stranded in desperate need of a truck), but Parks Ford operated honestly and faithfully. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering purchasing or servicing their automobile. In addition to the employees named in my survey, I would also like to thank Chad Mathis who timely diagnosed the problems with my old truck and afforded me all sensible options to rectify the matter.
