Inadequate service I have a 2015 Ford Transit that just had it's third oil change. The service technicians don't have a clue to re-set the computer after oil changes and I have a 2015 Ford Transit that just had it's third oil change. Service Poor The service department installed a part with a guarantee. When it broke within the period of guarantee, they took an extremely long time (3 or 4 week The service department installed a part with a guarantee. When it broke within the period of guarantee, they took an extremely long time (3 or 4 weeks) to replace it. It became a very difficult process. Phone calls were not returned. Promises broken. It did get replaced, but I can not recommend the service department to anyone. More
