Service/Repair I am from Manhattan so previously my dealership was Volvo of Manhattan (used to be Manhattan Volvo). I have been to Palisades dealership before as I m I am from Manhattan so previously my dealership was Volvo of Manhattan (used to be Manhattan Volvo). I have been to Palisades dealership before as I moved on from Manhattan dealership due to service cost/hourly rate and lack of accountability with returning car in same condition. I would only use Volvo of Manhattan for minor things as the family was familiar with the service advisor and mechanic which were great but the dealership apparently cleaned house and they no longer work there. So I moved on to Palisades Volvo, I've been there about 6 times for service/repair for my 2005 Volvo S60 2.5T AWD. This time I needed repair/replacement of all spark plugs and ignition coils. I suspected it was the issue but I had it diagnosed at Volvo of Manhattan which confirmed. Volvo of Manhattan quoted me $1700 including tax to replace all spark plugs and ignition coils and an oil change (the break down before tax $825 all parts, $600 labor and $110 for an oil change which they originally said $145), that is absurd. I scheduled an appointment with Palisades, Jeffrey Urbina was helpful in answering my questions prior to bringing car in for repair and even offered to work with me on cost of parts which was greatly appreciated. My fiance dropped off the car and they didn't have a loaner but drove her to her parents house roughly 11 miles away and brought her back to dealership for pickup. I supplied the parts, $184 labor cost at Palisades Volvo (applied 10%coupon), Total spent $685 (including the $163 diagnostic fee that was charged from Volvo of Manhattan). Although location is not convenient for me due to where I live, it is worth it for reasonable service/labor rates and quality customer service. I will continue to come back for service. More

Chris & Palisades Volvo - Nobody Does It Better I was coming off-lease from my previous vehicle with another dealer and seeking a replacement car when I discovered Palisades Volvo online. On PV's website, my future car had a great price, a complete list of ALL car's amenities and 30+ clear/sharp photos showing all aspects of the car. My dealer rep, Chris Kinder, is honest, friendly, informative, professional and dedicated to providing info and options that enabled me to make the best choice for me. He gave a clear list of taxes and (not a lot of) fees and handled all transfer details. His manager, John Stillman, was great also. He offered some great/reasonable options for, mechanical, technology, electrical and body protection. Thx for the Cilajet (seal-a-jet). The whole process was a great experience!
