I had the 30,000 mile check up and needed new tires. The final bill was less than we expected (!) because the service department applied coupons to the bill ( their coupons, not mine!). Everyone there was very pleasant. Would take the car back to them. On this visit I give them 5 stars. More

100% Perfect My car was just out of warranty 2 months ago, ready to go on a 300 mile drive (extended weekend getaway), and I got a RED URGENT POWER FAILURE message My car was just out of warranty 2 months ago, ready to go on a 300 mile drive (extended weekend getaway), and I got a RED URGENT POWER FAILURE message. Stressed like crazy, worried about trip, and of course potential cost. First thing in the morning I called Palisades Volvo service, spoke to Sam. She was awesome, I think she realized my stress and frustration, and put me at ease right a way just the way she handled the situation. She said to bring it in right away and they would take a look right away. I got there, and with a big smile she said don't worry we will take care of you. After 30 minutes or so she told me it was "just" a sensor and nothing major, quick fix and no charge. another 45 minutes or so, and I was on my way...she made my day! What a relief!! More

He took the time to explain the changes in the car and to show them to me as well. When he delivered the car, he was thorough and made sure I felt comfortable with all of the changes in the car. Second experience even better than the first 2 1/2 years ago I walked into Pallisades Volvo and fell in love with a C70 convertible that was on the show room floor. The salesman who helped me was Chris Kinder and he was knowledgable and friendly and made the purchase and financing of the white beauty very easy. Recently we decided we needed to go back to an SUV and we went up to see Chris again. This time he had to work a little harder to get a sale. None of the XC60s in his inventory met our requirements. After a couple of days of searching he found one in Long Island but the dealer seemed hesitant to trade. We had just about given up hope and were actually starting to research othe brands when one day before the point t which we had agreed to give up Chris called me and told me he had a deal and would be having the car brought in over the weekend. We went up on Monday and purchased it and we love it. It rides and handles almost like the C70 which is impressive for an SUV. Chris turned over every rock to find us what we wanted and made the purchase process easy as pie. I highly recommend Pallisades Volvo on Rt.303 in Rockland County and make sure you get Chris,as your salesman. More
