Service told me wrong about pricing on the two flushes. I was told this special is authorized and put on by Toyota and that once the sale ends the end of the month, it will not be offered again. Then I am told after waiting a total of 4 hours that I need to take my car to the car wash to get any access brake fluid off. Car wash was closed due to it raining. Then I got home and wedged between my hood and windshield is the brake fluid reservoir cover, scratching my paint. They literally slammed the hood closed without putting it back in place and now I have marks and the rubber seal is twisted and loose. This is a new vehicle. This has been so stressful and I question the integrity of the service I received. More

Before becoming Ourisman, (back when it was Thompson) this dealership was tolerable. Now, I have no intention of ever going back. I bought a vehicle there not long after they transitioned, and they ended this dealership was tolerable. Now, I have no intention of ever going back. I bought a vehicle there not long after they transitioned, and they ended up having to make me sign three (three!) different contracts, and they STILL failed to provide a copy (the thumb drive they gave me was blank) for my records. Extremely high pressure now, low quality deals, and if you tell them to remove the xx markups (covid protection window film LMAO) they literally rip them out and don't even clean up after. I had to steam the adhesive off the windows myself. Then, they failed to do the paperwork properly and called me repeatedly to ask me to give my lein-encumbered title to the lending bank! The service has gone to xxxx as well, you can no longer book with the technician you know and have trust led to work on your car for years, they won't even schedule your service for a day when that technician is on schedule because "they can't disclose when their technicians will be in". The front desk has apparently forgotten how to transfer calls, you have to hang up and re-dial in so you can get to parts, for example... but if they don't answer, it goes to the front desk and they "can't transfer you unless it's an emergency" so you just have to keep dialing in and hitting the appropriate number and letting it ring until they answer or it routes to the front desk so you can try again. Especially stay away from what used to be the CDJR building. Absolute joke. Good job, Ourisman. You ruined an at least marginally okay thing. *note* vehicle purchased is not accurate. Simply selected the first on the list to get by the required field without answering. More
