It sounds like Patrick was really on top of things with the negotiations and communication! However, the delay in signing financing documents is definitely worth addressing and we are working on improving efficiency in that area. Waiting for over an hour can be frustrating, especially when you're eager to finalize things. Overall, it's great to acknowledge Patrick and the experience you had with him.
