I’ve sent my Cadillac in twice regarding a transmission shutter. The first time at 25,000 miles they flush the transmission before required mileage. The second time it was brought back in. They took it for shutter. The first time at 25,000 miles they flush the transmission before required mileage. The second time it was brought back in. They took it for a 3 mile ride charge me for a service tech and the transmission was low on fluid. After a conversation they were going to refer us to a Chevy dealer don’t have a lot of faith in Cadillac. More
