Very dissatisfied. Brought 2013 Escalade in for AC service. Compressor replaced. Service report also notes: 1. Oil Lines from transmission leaking. 2. Right front shock leaking.g I have no evidence of oil lines leaking on my driveway. Ride seems OK to me. Upon leaving, service suspension soon light was on upon starting vehicle. Complained to Service Manager Roger in an e-mail, received no response until after I submitted a satisfaction survey. Scheduled an appt to have car look at. Following re-inspection of service suspension light, was told it was rear shock that was tripping the alarm. Attempted to reason with Service Rep Bill McClean, who offered a 10 % discount on repair costs. Gave him a counteroffer of I would buy part at dealer's cost and split labor charandge. Was told NO. Left dealership with problem un-resolved. Not very happy, at all. I have been a loyal customer since I bought car from Otto new, in 2013. All service work has been performed by Otto since then except oil changes. These were recently replaced at a savings of $700 less than quoted price from Otto. In checking the repair estimate that was prepared for me I see that the rear shock is quoted at $590. I can buy that same ACDELCO part on-line for $240. Using Otto Cadillac is too much of a luxury for me. Cannot recommend their service shop for anything. More
