Pleasant purchasing experience. I was disappointed when I arrived after my 1 hr drive and was told the car I was to check out and test drive was sold!!! I checked out a similar auto and felt it was a bit small for my taste. There was a pretty CTS in the show room which caught my eye and that's what I ended up with. I appreciated the low key and knowledgeable sales person, Declan. My trade has issues and all was explained on how it affected my trade value. Happy with the price and the experience. More
