I’m on a first-name basis with everyone & feel respected by everyone, especially Bill McLean who answers all my detailed questions & is patient when dealing with my ”extreme attention to detail.”. I know I pay a little more having work done at the dealership but it’s worth it. They’ve never steered me wrong or tried to sell me a repair I didn’t need. I trust them. This last visit, I also spent time with Ian while I explored extending my warranty. There was no high-pressure sales pitch & I felt at ease dealing with him. Thank you! Krista Hawk More
