Not a good dealership to shop for Merc - salesman lies. Don't go Open Road @Bridgewater, I had a major disagreement and argument with my 2nd 2016 Merc GLE350 car keys. So way back in 2016, I had to deal with salesman known as Brent, although deal was good and I was happy to buy SUV from Merc. What I got an loaner vehicle which already driven almost 7500 miles and then Brent offer me lease vehicle in Feb2016, but with only one car keys. He said loaner vehicle comes with one key only, 2nd one is lost in transit; I didn't bother to enquire further as I trusted him and then enjoyed this beautiful monster car for 36 months. I was shocked when I got to know during the lease end inspection that I will be charged $400 more for missing 2nd car keys. When I checked back with dealer and with Brent & I also send multiple emails to enquire further - I didn't get response back. All I got a text message from Brent that customer do this only at the end of lease tenure. Its horrible experience that I had with this dealership, people are not trustworthy at this dealership and this was my first and last purchase for Mercedes because of very bad experience with people like Brent or Laura Carpenter, they speak to customer very rudely after the sales or lease has been done. More

Service fell off right after the sale! I posted this review to google reviews but thought I would post this here as well. We bought a 2015 pre-owned GLK 350 in July. After we bought the car, no one bothered to show us how to use the vehicle. At the time of purchase, the vehicle didn't have an owner's manual but we were assured by the salesman that he would get it to us. Over the next three months, we stopped by the dealership 3 different times to ask for the manual and each time, were assured that the dealership would order the manual for us. After 4 months, we had to purchase our own manual. This dealership seems to only care about selling you the car and any sort of customer service after the sale has been made, goes out the window. The customer service and treatment is absolutely horrendous compared to any other dealership. We have purchased multiple luxury vehicles before from both the Flemington BMW and Bridgewater Volvo and both of these dealerships are miles better in terms of customer service. This Mercedes-Benz dealership has absolutely tarnished the reputation of Mercedes-Benz vehicles for us and we will never be purchasing a Mercedes-Benz ever again. More

After my service was completed, I had no way of picking the car up, so later that evening, John personally delivered the vehicle (25 miles away) to my house for me!
