Car returned dirtier than when I dropped it off Took my car in for Service B yesterday. My car had recently been washed and is garage kept. They didn't even bother to wipe off the hood. Sent pictures to service rep who said that when I schedule my next service, she would make sure it would get thorough cleaning. Not what I expect from Mercedes, and after spending more than $800 on service. After 2 exchanges received a message asking what it would take to make it right. That should have been initial response. Disappointed with the customer service and will not be returning. More
