Lied about extended service plan. Claimed it covered service "just like Audicare" - it does not. Web site claims "covers wear and tear" - it's incredibly misleading. Their plan explicitly excludes most items viewed as wear and tear, but then they brag that if the item isn't excluded they will include it if there is wear and tear. I like my car, I just wish car sales people weren't all crooks. Next car will be a Tesla just to not have to deal with lying sales people. More
