Dont go to this Dealer. I was trying to buy a Used 2017 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited. The car was advertised at $18,988. When the salesman wrote up the paperwork the price had changed to $19,983. He was char Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited. The car was advertised at $18,988. When the salesman wrote up the paperwork the price had changed to $19,983. He was charging me more for taxes too. After Tax and fees i was looking at $22,471.37. Now I checked the trade in value and it was about $14000. So that means I would of paid about $8,471.37 over trade in value. When I asked if they could work on these numbers they told me no. Now I understand they have to make money but man this is greed. I've heard bad things about Open Road before but i figured I would give it a try. I guess what I heard was right. They are dishonest, greedy and they don't care about costumers. Don't waste your time go somewhere else. More

Do not go buy a vehicle here. Specially from salesman Anthony. Their cars have a 3k over msrp mark up look at other Subaru dealerships first. Others offering $500-$1200 under msrp while open road asking Anthony. Their cars have a 3k over msrp mark up look at other Subaru dealerships first. Just know Ramsey Subaru just earned our business and got 3 wrxs not just one but three. Could’ve been open road but they are rude and trying to RIP PEOPLE OFF. take the further drive and give your business to someone who actually wants to work with you. More
