Dear Mr. Fischer, While we do have an extensive fleet of loaner vehicles, there are rare occasions when customers do not return their loaner vehicles on time. Unfortunately this was the case the day your wife was scheduled for service and we did notify her of this before she came in. As I explained when I called you, we did contact several rental car companies so that we could accomodate your wife and were able to provide a loaner vehicle for your wife. We are sorry for your unhappiness but we did do our best and succeeded in getting a free rental car for your wife. The car did not have a flat tire when your wife took posession of it and in fact, the rental car agency does make sure that the vehicle is up to the customer's standards before they take the vehicle. I do apologize again for your inconvenience and hope you can understand that we did the best we could for your wife. Sincerely, Cally Pivano
