The saleswoman was wonderful. However the manager was a creep. Along with the finance manager which was a total creep. The manager was set on his price for a used tl which was a decent price compared to o creep. Along with the finance manager which was a total creep. The manager was set on his price for a used tl which was a decent price compared to other dealer. They gave a very low price for my trade which was my fault because I should have sold it outright. The worst part was the manager actually told me that when I leave they are changing the price of the car and making it 1000 more. So after many headaches and searching for months for a car I bought it. He was very rude. The finance manager was a different story. He was just absolutly misereable and annoyed with all of my questions. He was so annoyed that he continued to mess the paperwork up. I was there for five hours total. It equaled about six cups of coffee. All because mr finance wasn't doing his job. Bottom line the sales team should run the place. They are friendly. The rest of them stink!!!! More
We were planning to purchase an Acura. This would be our second car, so we were open to either the TSX, TL or MDX. We had gotten a quote from them over the internet for a TSX. However when we got there, th second car, so we were open to either the TSX, TL or MDX. We had gotten a quote from them over the internet for a TSX. However when we got there, the general or sales manager was stern and accusatory. The initial sales team were pleasant. The negiotiations took a downturn, when the sales managers' exact comments were "if you did your homework, ...." This is truly an unprofessional comment. It was amazing the dealership would end the deal and lose a purchse of $28k over a mere $2 to $3k. The quote was not from us, it was from their dealership. They should learn never to undermind their customers, their own quotes, especially in economic downturns times. Acura's are good cars, but at the end we purchased a 2010 Lexus RX 350. Lexus dealer knew how to treat their negotiations with fairness. Therefore the bottom line is, don't insult or treat potential customers like we're not prepared. Open Road Acura's lost, not ours. First of all I stood in the showroom for about 15 minutes before someone came to ask If I was being helped( first mistake). I wanted a quote on my Acura TL 2006, I still have over a year left on my lease.... before someone came to ask If I was being helped( first mistake). I wanted a quote on my Acura TL 2006, I still have over a year left on my lease....I wanted to inquiry If they buy the remaining lease, I wanted to purchase a used one. First, I got the run around, then the general manager came out and told me he could get me a new 2009 but my payments would be higher than I'm paying now. Basically, the bottom line they didn't want to buy back the car. It seems this car dealer doesn't understand the concept of working with people. I would never go to this dealer or advise anyone I know to use it.....I took my business elsewhere. More
I would never go back to this dealer, even if they had the exact car I wanted. I had cash in hand for the entire car, not for financing and they were not willing to take more than $200 off the price of t the exact car I wanted. I had cash in hand for the entire car, not for financing and they were not willing to take more than $200 off the price of the vehicle, which isn't much on a $20,000 car. The price advertised online was $18,995 for the car I was going in to look at. They came back at me saying that the car was $21,995 once I got there but that they could "let it go" for $19,995. Meanwhile, we were standing next to the newspaper ad from that weekend with the same car listed for $18,990. Their idea of a deal is telling you a higher price than the vehicle is advertised at and then taking some money off of that. They kept us there for a long time telling us how they are losing money on this car, how its certified and they can't take any more money off. They were also not up front about the condition of the car as it had been in an accident, they neglected to tell us that until I asked to see the CarFax printed out. More
we are owner/lessees of 5 acuras... all from this dealership. we have a 2005 to return (TSX WITH NAVIGATION) WE WANTED TO LEASE A 2009 TSX WITH NAV AGAIN... AFTER NUMEROUS DISCUSSIONS AND BACK AND F dealership. we have a 2005 to return (TSX WITH NAVIGATION) WE WANTED TO LEASE A 2009 TSX WITH NAV AGAIN... AFTER NUMEROUS DISCUSSIONS AND BACK AND FORTH WITH THE SALESMAN AN AGREED UPON PRICE OF 378 WAS REACHED FOR 42 MONTHS.. ALL FOUR OF US THERE CONTINUALLY REITERATED THAT THIS WAS THE PRICE FOR A 2009 TSX WITH HIGH TECH PACKAGE.. THE SALESMAN GOES BACK AGAIN TO THE MANAGER AND THE DEAL IS DONE.. ALL THAT WAS LEFT WAS TO FIND THE COLOR MY DAUGHTER WANTED... AFTER 1 WEEK WITH NO RESPONSES TO OUR CALLS... WE WENT DOWN AND THEY CLAIMED THAT THE SALESMAN MISQUOTED. THE PRICE WOULD NOW BE $438. THEY WERE UNWILLING TO NEGOTIATE... I SAID WE WOULD GO UP TO $405. THEY SAID NO WAY... ANDJUST GAVE US BACK OUR DEPOSIT. CONSIDERING HW MANY CARS WE BOUGHT FROM THEM AND ALL THE REFERRALS WE HAVE MADE....I FOUND IT INCREDULOUS THAT THEY WOULD LOSE A CUSTOMER OVER THIS SMALL AMOUNT OF LOSS ( HHAHAHA) ON THEIR PART... THEY SPEND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO BRING IN CUSTOMERS...THIS WOULD HAVE AMOUNTED TO THEIR LOSS OF ABOUT 25 DOLLARS A MONTH FOR 42 MONTHS... THIS HAS LEFT US WITH A NEGATIVE IMPRESSION OF THIS DEALERSHIP. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THEM... More
It has been 14 days since my temporary tag expired and they still have not given me my tags and registration yet. When I called to ask about them, they lied and said they were going to overnight my tags t they still have not given me my tags and registration yet. When I called to ask about them, they lied and said they were going to overnight my tags to me that day, when in fact, the tags weren't even prepared yet. They are only concerned with making the sale and not with following through. I was very disappointed with my experience there. More
