It seemed like an inconvenience when I pulled in at 3:30. Yet,I had an appointment the week prior & electricity was out.. no one bothered to call me & reschedule, waited for me to gather all my stuff then sa Yet,I had an appointment the week prior & electricity was out.. no one bothered to call me & reschedule, waited for me to gather all my stuff then sauntered over to tell me. So I can be inconvenienced but showing up at the express line more than an hour before closing is an inconvenience to the dealership? Ended up taking over 2 hours. Apparently the tech had to leave. Even during check out I was 'put on hold' so he could check in another customer who was dropping off his car, making me wait even longer. Not sure if it's because I'm a woman but really didn't feel valued. I grew up around cars.. my dad worked at Chrysler for 35 years & we did most of our own repairs..so I really don't appreciate being treated like an inconvenience who knows nothing. More
