Terrible experience, car was kept overnight for an alignment when it was told it was going to be done same day, never updated on car was told to come at 6 to pick up vehicle when everyone had already alignment when it was told it was going to be done same day, never updated on car was told to come at 6 to pick up vehicle when everyone had already left. Had to pressure manager to resolve issue, he ultimately did but should have done it on his own accord. More

Horrible. Shady. Gave incorrect information on vehicle. Refused at first to supply proper paperwork. GM never stepping in though CC'd on emails. Then trying to Shady.
