My date of service, I showed up around 0830, and found out power and Internet was down in the service area with a unknown time frame of when it would be back on. I told him I had a appt for recall work , he gathered my information asked if I needed a oil change or anything thing else , I said I just changed the oil a few weeks prior, he suggested rotating the tires, I usually can do this in my shop at home , but due to having shoulder surgery 2 weeks prior and a long recovery time I had this added to service. He told me as soon as the Internet is back up they would pull it in and start the service due to it being a software issue for the recall.
