I purchased my Honda Accord from O'Neill in 2000, and have been going there for service ever since. What does that say about customer satisfaction! Everything about my service experience was just fine. I trust all the stated maintenance was indeed performed and as long as the vehicle has no unforseen issues I am a happy satisfied customer. I had forgotten that I was going to have my tires rotated but since I had been there before it was in the notes. The service person today was very friendly. Great service, as always. It's unusual to get "small town" service in a big city. Reminds me of the service at my family's Chevrolet dealership when I was growing up in central Kansas. I have been doing business at O"Niel for over 25 years and continue to come back because of the people who work there. I have always been treated fair when buying a car or using the service departme years and continue to come back because of the people who work there. We liked the way Tony asked us what we wanted. He went to the computer, found three vehicles that might fit our needs, showed them to us on the computer,and then we went out to look at them. As is always the case we were treated in a courteous and expeditious manner. Both the sales person (Doug Tausz) and the finance manager got us in the new car in an hour or less. We have leased cars from O'Neill since 1988 from three different salesmen and the result has always been a positive buying experience. Service work is always done timely and fixed correctly the first time. All Service and sales personnel at O'Neill were very friendly with my wife and I and treated us with respect. The overall buying experience was positive and productive. All questions asked were answered and separate test drives for me and my wife made the decision much easier. Overall, we were very satisfied with the price we ultimately paid for leasing the vehicle. More
I've switched from Jay Wolfe to O'Neil because of your staff's friendliness, helpful attitudes and all around better environment in the service department. At O'Neil, I always feel like my concerns are im staff's friendliness, helpful attitudes and all around better environment in the service department. I appreciate the staff at O'Neill Honda. I lke being told in advance if something is needing repair before it breaks down on me unaware. Before we moved to Shawnee I took my car to Jay Wolfe Honda and they were super too.
