Regarding sales of new cars the employees are knowledgable of their products, they do not start off by bad-mouthing the other car dealers and their products. They provided honest answers to any questions we had for them. Arrival at a final trade price was fast and did not drag out for a long period of time. It was a pleasure buying a new car from O'Neill Honda. We first purchased new cars from this dealer in 1981 and 1982, and always try to continue doing business with them when ever possible. We truly appreciate their service department. Good service is a great attribute for retaining customers. Dave has been my service advisor for many years. More

Paper trail for the signing the lease took a bit long. and was dated several days before I was ready to pick up the car - costing me several days of interest payments without the use of the vehicle. In a word,,,excellent, in all aspects of the word. The entire experience was a clinic in how a Car Dealership should do business. From the first minute I stepped in the door thru driving off in my new Civic, excellence pervailed. O'Neill Honda will be where I come for my next vehicle and then some. I have purchased 1 new and 1 used car for Oniel over the last 6 years. My wife has used their service department for our routine maintenance throughout that time. We have no complaints. Took our Civic in for a recall then later got a call that the A/C doesn't work. I told him it did earlier but he didn't believe me as I am not the primary driver. He wanted $107 to diagnose the problem but I the A/C doesn't work. I told him it did earlier but he didn't believe me as I am not the primary driver. He wanted $107 to diagnose the problem but I had issues with that as it worked before it was serviced. I then asked him how do I know your people didn't damage it during service. The conversation got very heated so I told him to just park it and I will get it later. I then called the service manager, he was sticking up for his service guy and still insisted on the $107 diagnostic fee. They wouldn't even look at it for less. I found a coupon online for free AC inspection and asked him about that. He said they don't hook it up to anything, don't check pressures and don't check leaks. The coupon said they DO check pressures and leaks so then asked, how do you do that without hooking it up. He didn't have an answer as I don't think he could see leaks with his superman powers. Needless to say, both service people lied and have attitudes when confronted about their stupidity. My wife got the car home later that night, I popped the hood and found the problem in seconds...yes seconds! And I haven't been doing this all my life...unlike Chad who expressed how much he knows about service and that his people never damage other things. Something cut the wire just above the alternator that powers the AC compressor. This is in the same location where they were working so bingo! Gotcha. I took pictures and emailed Don (service manager) as well as Chad that evening. The next day I did not get a response from either. I called Don multiple times and only got voicemail and never returned my call. I am very upset at this point so I called Honda directly and have a case pending. The regional rep supposed to call within a couple of days. We will see how this pans out. My opinion, stay far far away from this dealer! More
I went shopping for a used car at O'Neill I advised two salesmen that I had read some horrendous reviews regarding their Service Department. While one salesman walked away with an attitude, another listen salesmen that I had read some horrendous reviews regarding their Service Department. While one salesman walked away with an attitude, another listened and answered all of my questions patiently and professionally. I found a car I was interested in and the Finance Department was fabulous! I took the car I had just purchased to my own mechanic for an inspection and the car is in excellent condition, except for a leak in the AC. O'Neill was advised of this and they took care of it. I would recommend this dealership. I am very pleased. More
