I used to drive Accura TL for 10 years and Accura Dealership provided good service and maintenance for my car. I think Accura and Honda Dealers have the same policy in terms of quality of work and customer service. So, I don't miss my Accura car and Dealership. I bought a New 2010 Honda last year through the internet sales person Aaron Patch. Aaron provided excellent service and support to get me in my new Honda. This year my Car was damaged by a hail storm and sales person Aaron Patch. Aaron provided excellent service and support to get me in my new Honda. This year my Car was damaged by a hail storm and my car sustained extensive damage. The used car lot purchased my damaged Honda at a price that allowed me to purchase a 2011 Honda Accord with little change in payments and a reduction in interest rates. The salesman Chris Rice worked hard to help me get my new car ready to take and the get the additional options installed. The whole experience was fantastic and I was a very happy customer and will return to purchase my future Honda Vehicles from O'Neill. More
Excellent Service! Prompt attention. Was able to drive in service bay immediately. Arrived at about 4:15 and left with oil change and tires rotated & car washed by 5:15 Entire staff are helpful, courteous service bay immediately. Everything was great except for the fact that we did not get notice when our part arrived and finally called a week later to learn that it was at the dealership the day after we ordered it. Hello: This was my first time for service at O'Neill Honda. We bought our 2000 Honda Civic DX from Stadium Honda (in August 2000) and it now has 75,000 miles. We never really clicked with the Stadium/Le Honda. We bought our 2000 Honda Civic DX from Stadium Honda (in August 2000) and it now has 75,000 miles. We never really clicked with the Stadium/Lee's Summit Honda people. Robert was professional, helpful, and friendly. I made my reservation for service on line, and followed up with a phone call. The technician I talked with recommended I come in at 9 a.m. instead of 10 a.m., so I did. I waited in the waiting area, and I appreciate a place to work there (separate from the TV area). We have been having our car serviced in Newport News, Virginia, bc we didn't know who to turn to in Kansas City. We will definitely be back. To answer the question of "why" I have given a high rating -- it's because I am not only satisfied, but delighted. Thanks for washing my car! Marty Ross More
Very pleased with initial phone contact and the actual service visit. I was especially happy that Chuck took the time to re-check my car because he hear a "odd noise" which turned to be a defective part service visit. I was especially happy that Chuck took the time to re-check my car because he hear a "odd noise" which turned to be a defective part used in the brake master cylinder factory recall. This avoided a possible problem later. Chuck had been told we were about to leave on a 2 week, 4000 mile trip to & from California. I have always been very happy with our Hondas ( now on our fifth), the sales staff and the service staff. We plan to return soon to buy a new car(Honda) . Jim & Sue McDuff More
I wished I had a coupon for a reduced price on my oil change. I have such low mileage now that I am not working I was not able to use the 2 coupons for an oil change I did receive by email.
