A terrific experience purchasing a 2016 Honda Accord Touring Last Thursday, December 17, we traded our 2006 Honda Pilot that we had purchased in late 2005 from O'Neill Honda for a wonderful 2016 Honda Accord Tou Last Thursday, December 17, we traded our 2006 Honda Pilot that we had purchased in late 2005 from O'Neill Honda for a wonderful 2016 Honda Accord Touring model. We had been so pleased with the Pilot and the service at O'Neill for the last ten years that we were excited to renew our relationship with O'Neill. Chris Tsakonas, our sales specialist, provided superb assistance with the selection of our car and options, spending much time and energy to answer our questions professionally, so we knew we were buying the best car for our needs. Technically, Chris understood and helped us with using the sophisticated instrument and communication systems in our model. Friendly Ray Payan, the finance expert, helped us to select an appropriate financing procedure. Overall, we are extremely happy with our experience in both the past and in purchasing our new Accord. Buying a car is usually a stressful event but working with Mike Stock and the rest of the staff at Oneill Honda was stress free. We came in looking for a good used vehicle however Mike and the Sales Manager worked with us and got her approved for brand new Civic at a great price. Very friendly atmosphere, no pushy salesmen, we felt very comfortable there. We will definitely buy from Mike and Oneill Honda again! More

Best Car Purchase Experience We've Had We always hated the pressure and trickery that seemed present in buying a car. We felt none of it from the Chris Tsakonas, the floor salesman; he was flexible and seemed genuinely interested in getting us the product that would work best for us. There was no pressure to upscale (meaning up cost) it. Working with him over several weeks was enjoyable. What really surprised us was the actual purchase, with the finance people, where we have always had to go through a laborious series of "don't you want to buy this option and that extension" and us having to say "no thanks" and then having to respond to the finance people looks of feigned surprise at our ignorance and them saying "are you sure???" Yes we're sure. In this case Ray had NONE of that. Not a trace. He just worked us through the options. At times we asked Ray to leave so we could have a chat between us and he gladly obliged and seem to enjoy a conversation with his coworkers while we thought out what we wanted. In the end we did reconsider and add on some items due to the unusual specifics of our needs, but did not feel in any way that was because of sales pressure. The experience has changed us from thinking of Toyota first. From now on our first stop will be at O'Neill's for new cars. More
