They gave me fair money for my broken car, and John Hanna explained the paperwork to me.. All three of those gentlemen made me feel like family.. I hadn't gotten up that morning planning to buy a car, and I hadn't purchased for about 6 years. What could have been stressful, was actually easy and pleasant.. After several days of Honda's failure to communicate, my daughter tried to reason with Shawn, one of the assistant managers, on the 9th day and was told, they had already been paid by the bank and that they were not taking the car back. He told us to come back the next day since Todd was away with his finance. After my daughter's insistence, she asked Shawn if he would call the general manager and he finally agreed. He returned with the same message, "We are not taking the car back. I later discovered that I could have bought a 2015 for less than the money I am paying for the 2014. The car is only worth $12,500. It was sold to me for $17,789.62. The car is a basic one with not extras and is under water. More
