I talked with Martin Henn on a Friday but couldn't find exactly what I was lo When I first began shopping around for cars, I stopped at O'Neill Honda. I talked with Martin Henn on a Friday but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, a Civic and a good deal. He called me on the following Monday and located a Civic within my specifications and requirements. When I met up with him again, we looked at the car. We negotiated but I had left not knowing they were actually offering me a great deal. After a few days of searching, I was shown several cars of a lesser model for the same price Martin offered for a much much better model. I went back and the offer was still on the table so I walked out with car. They hold to their word and will make sure your satisfied with the deal even after the paperwork is signed. Highly recommended. More

I love O'Neill Honda I was in a bad situation with my current 2013 Honda. I fell in love with the 2016 Honda Civic LX the minute I drove it. It has a new designed exterior and interior. It is very sporty. It is a very cool and expensive looking car. However, due to my position in my old car I wasnt' sure if they could do a deal I was comfortale with. Everett got the number alls lined up as soon as I was back from the test drive and I was so surprised. My payment was going up very little and I had to put very little down. EXCELLENT!! WAY beyond my expectations. I went to see Ray and he had me out of there quickly. In under 2 hours, I was driving my fabulous new car. Marty was wonderful and knew everything about the car. He showed me everything. He was so nice and professional and would recommend him to anyone. I recommend O"Neill to everyone. Marty, Everett and Ray were all great to me. And, now I driving Happy! I appreciated him pointing out the tires; how the tread was in very good condition and wouldn't have to get the tires replaced for some time. I also was happy that he pointed out the gauges on the steering display/console. I had to return to ask about the lack of a manual for my car and he explained that it was not a requirement for the previous owner to bring in a manual with the car, he then went to the parts dept. with me to get a copy of the manual. Why wasn't this explained to me on my first visit? I have used the service department before with my 95 Civic so am familiar with the dept. and have had good service from them. I like this dealership and would go to them again. More

An honest bunch with great cars. I had my heart set on a Mazda 3 but wanted to check out a Civic and the brand new HR-V just in case. I immediately felt a great vibe walking in the door. The boys at O'neill were very friendly and honest. After a couple test drives and a hand shake, I was not pressured to stay and strike a deal immediately. As a no-nonsense Millennial, I was won over later on when I was given their best offer on a Civic through a text message. When the Mazda folks were dishonest and playing games with me, I decided it was time to become a Honda owner! I feel its important to stress this because it was the dealer experience that tipped the scales in favor of Honda over Mazda. Oh yea, and the Civic is a wonderful vehicle as well. I've already referred people to O'Neill and my cousin and Aunt recently bought new vehicles here! More
