Honest Review first I would like to apologize that you had to spend time to wiping water spots from your vehicle. it is true unless your vehicle is dirty our complementary exterior wash does not improve the appearance on a relatively clean vehicle. Yes it does seem to take an hour a vehicle to go from check in to check out. Length of time to complete express services has always been the number one concern for customers. We do try to spread arrivals in an effort to speed the process for those that do take the time to make an appointment. We do pride ourselves by taking time to provide honest accurate inspection information . Today's Honda's use synthetic oil and we do feel we are very competitively priced on that product at $ 49.95. I hope your vehicle is still doing well and we do appreciate your business. Please let me know if there is anything we can help you with in the future.
