He really took time to understand my needs and helped me make the right choice for me and my family. Everett the sales manager did a fantastic job at running the numbers and really took care of me on the price and explained all of the details. Very honest and very fair, he beat all other dealer prices. Ted the finance expert did a great job of explaining all of the details and options during my purchase. He took the time to explain the financing details with no pressure. All in all one of the best experiences I have had with buying a car. Honda Service Service personnel was prompt but disinterested and appeared to just be dragging in his job. Did not provide ride/shuttle even with 2 days of service. Good but slow Went in for a tire repair & wipers. As I told them the tire was not puctured. I was there for 1 1/2 hours, 1 hour after the scheduled appointment. Went in for a tire repair & wipers. Worse service I've received. Let me preface this review by saying I don't like to complain about someones performance. If you don't have something nice to say, don't say it. But this service was too bad and I missed an eye appointment because of it. I took two 2017 Honda CR-Vs in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had appointments for both vehicles, one at 9:30 and one at 12:45. The first service took 90 minutes. During that time, three other car owners entered after and then left the service area waiting room before me. I can't imagine that their vehicles could take any less time to service given I was just having an oil change and tire rotation. If they were short staffed, perhaps they should tell you or if it is going to be a 90 minute wait, it would certainly be nice to know. The second appointment was worse. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes. This time only two other car owners entered after and then left the service area before me. If there is a problem, communication would be nice but honestly it is a brand new car and an oil change and tire rotation. No apologies for the wait just here are your keys and there is your car. I have service contracts on both vehicles so I don't know if that pushes you to the back of the line since the service is already paid for. I owned two Volkswagens prior to purchasing the two Hondas. Our Volkswagens were purchased back during the TDI buyback program. I thought I would try the Honda because the dealership was closer to my home then Bud Brown Volkswagen and I heard good things about the CR-V. But I will say this about Bud Brown, they have and excellent service department with service writers that are constantly communicating with you while you wait. It took me less time during my years of Volkswagen ownership, to drive the ten miles to Olathe and wait for my service and then return home then it took me to drive 1 mile and wait for my service at O'Neill Honda. I will probably try another dealership for my service. More

Excellent service I came in late in the afternoon as I discovered while at work that my ignition key case was broken & I was afraid it might get stuck in the ignition. I came in late in the afternoon as I discovered while at work that my ignition key case was broken & I was afraid it might get stuck in the ignition. Mike at the service department immediately took care of me saying they would be glad to fix it before they closed! Considering it was already late in the day, I really thought they would not be able to fix the issue . I was very impressed & thankful for Mike's prompt assurance & resolving the issue ! Price was really high but I'm hoping the cost meant things where done right. I'll definitely pay more for service done right. All these horror stories about service places ripping you off out of your hard earned money. So far car has not blown up. Will update later on. Car wash really sucked! Got home and spent about half a hour wiping down my car from all the spots left all over. If your car is semi clean don't have these guys wash it. As of now from my first experience I can't really say I would recommend any person to this place. Will update later. More
