Pushy service people 30,00 miles into my lease of 2014 Fusion, the service people scared my wife telling her she needed new tires. At 36K mile they had to replace the ba 30,00 miles into my lease of 2014 Fusion, the service people scared my wife telling her she needed new tires. At 36K mile they had to replace the battery: a corroded anode. Later- at 37K miles, in investigating a "check engine" light they found that I had "a deep cylinder" problem, and warned me that the car was out of warranty.- more than 36 months. Powertrain warranty is 5 yrs. I later learned that a piston was broken, and they were rebuilding/replacing the engine. By then I was in a new lease with a different car. More

Amazing Service Department Steve and Terri were able to take my F-150 the same day I called them about servicing. I was not able to drop it off, so they sent someone to pick it Steve and Terri were able to take my F-150 the same day I called them about servicing. I was not able to drop it off, so they sent someone to pick it up for me. Through every step of the service and warranty work, they communicated what was happening and when I would be able to retrieve my truck. When I showed up at the dealership, they turned me around in less than 15 minutes, and I was on my way. I truly felt like they had my best interests in mind and not just the service department's bottom line. More

Great customer service After failing to find the issue with my headlights the 1st visit, the service manager(Rick S) took ownership of getting it fixed. All involved were v After failing to find the issue with my headlights the 1st visit, the service manager(Rick S) took ownership of getting it fixed. All involved were very professional and insured me that the problem would be found and fixed. I was updated and consulted(to help narrow down the root cause) throughout the time the car was at the dealership. Although I haven't driven at night, I am very confident that the problem is fixed! Emma, was my contact for the loaner car and she is the best! Cindy (not my assigned service person) helped me with a smile. Terri, never left me hanging without an answer.
