Welch Ford and worked with Rick Zarkowski and Nancy Andrews. These folks are professionals and very customer focused. They are NOT looking to run up a bill. They want you to be comfortable and they take care of the rest. My visit was for first service, airbag recall and Ford Sync upgrade. They handled the repair and billing in an efficient manner. I will recommend O.C. Welch Ford for vehicle purchase and Service. More

Extraordinary Service While on vacation in Hilton Head, SC we experienced a warding light on our 2015 Ford Edge. Fearful that we would experience problems on our 13 hour d While on vacation in Hilton Head, SC we experienced a warding light on our 2015 Ford Edge. Fearful that we would experience problems on our 13 hour drive home we called O.C. Welch Ford-Lincoln in Hardeeville, SC. The service manager Steve and his staff made time to fit us into their packed schedule. They not only found the problem, but special ordered a part and installed it the next day - again fitting us into their already over filled schedule. They really went out of their way to fix a problem covered by warranty for a client who was from out of state. We would recommend them to anyone!!! More

Lack of customer service I visited the quick lube dept for my servicing. I have always had a pleasant experience until this visit. The gentlemen that is usually there was not I visited the quick lube dept for my servicing. I have always had a pleasant experience until this visit. The gentlemen that is usually there was not there and his co worker Shannon was there. I was told that I needed to fill out a form which was needed for Mr Welch she explained. I completed the form and she then took my information and I sat down. A gentleman who was elderly, came in and she Very Loudly explained to him that he needed to fill out this form for Mr Welch and he was quietly telling her he forgot his glasses and could not see the form she kept telling him Loudly that he needed to fill out the form! I got up and helped him complete the form which he even had difficulty giving me the info to complete the form. She was Very Loud, giving out employees name and phone numbers on the phone etc. When it was explained to her he could not see the form, instead of Loudly going on and on she could have taken the form and completed it for the gentleman. If he did not complete it was she going to turn him away? When I got my paperwork back all the information was on the form and I know she did not enter it because I did not give her any work info, which means like the gentleman told her the information is already in the computer. It would have been a better visit if someone could tell her to lower the volume of her voice and give her some diversity training. More
