Large Dealership with Lack of Attention to Detail I purchased a Pre-Owned Chevy Suburban and the Sales experience was great...Truck was poorly detailed and a tire sensor light was not corrected becaus I purchased a Pre-Owned Chevy Suburban and the Sales experience was great...Truck was poorly detailed and a tire sensor light was not corrected because it was a GM..Probably was damaged when they replaced the tires at OC. I was told by service to take it to a GM dealer. I was kinda taken back as I had purchased the 1,800.00 warrantee that ford pushes for Pre-Owned Vehicles. There was never any mention that I bought a warrantee that did not cover the Truck. So there you have it..spend 20K on a Used Vehicle and you are on your own at OC Welch Ford, Lincoln. I will say that the Salesman was Awesome and a Professional. More
