This dealership is the worst dealership I have experienced in my 30 years of buying cars. They lied to me when I bought my new car, telling me I would receive an accessories discount, then walked experienced in my 30 years of buying cars. They lied to me when I bought my new car, telling me I would receive an accessories discount, then walked it back after I bought the car, saying it was only on very specific things like ceramic tint. Then after two months and the car had issues (yea two months), their service department took two full days before they even looked at the car. Yea 48 hours just to diagnose the car, where I had to sit on my thumbs with no car. Then it took them longer just to fix a thermostat issue. xxxx, I can even change a thermostat in 30min in my old car. But this dealership could give a crap... and it shows. If you have other options for either buying or service needs, I suggest you choose another option. More
The service department has gone down hill. .used to be on top of things and I was pleased. But lately very disappointed. They had my truck for a month. Did several things to it most of which was covered by recall issues. But they'd work on it , take 1 to 2 days to get someone to test drive it. Then once check engine light popped up again for same issue they'd take several days to get it diagnosed and worked on and once again 1 to 2 days to get someone to test drive it. Finally was told it could be gas in diesel tank. Lol. Waited a month to smell and check that. Mentioned it to advisor. Well not sire when it was checked could of been at first. Lol. Yet took 4 weeks to smell it. Long story short. Wanted nearly 900 to drop tank and diagnosis it. Not including cost of repairs. So I picked it up with check engine light still.on. wasn't going to spend 900 plus to see it didn't work since everything done so far didn't work Will not be buying from nyle maxwell again which I do regret cause my friend salesman there and I always bought from him More
