The lady that I set up my appointment clearly has no training . I think that when I leave a message with the Serves Manager he should not have passed the buck to a person that dose not know what they are doing. I receive emails from Maxwell telling me I have 1 more Oil Change and Tire Rotation due , Neither the Service Manager are doing their job. I have been doing business with you for over 10 years with 3 different Ram trucks. I have convince my Son to buy his business trucks from you . I think that all my problems started with the new Serves Manager and him changing the personal that I know The last 2 times that I have had service I should have been given a loner under Terms of my Contract dated 10/18/2020 contract # 77813754534 , vin # 1C6RREFT7MN502709 but that has not happened. That should be a breach of Contract . I will be in on 12/5/2022 to get my service and talk to you or the General Manager .
