My son was in need of a car because he was in a accident from a drunk driver who tried to kill him. Luckilly he wasn't hurt so the insurance company totaled his car and gave him a check so my son found a ca from a drunk driver who tried to kill him. So we we back to get the car and I got there before my son to test drive the car too and the dealer tells me they sold the car yesterday when he was off so. So I was so mad that they promised to hold this car but gave us a hard time to begin with about the state farm check and then sell it. It's just bad business. So I went back to my old place where I bought my cars in the pass and found him another one. More

After some research, we had narrowed down our attention to the Cruz and another Sedan from a competitor. I was hesitant about Chevy because the Dealer closest to our home was Diver. Long story short, I do not trust the Finance Manager there when it comes to abidding by contractual agreements. Wanting to talk numbers and look at the car, we decided to drive out to New Castle and had one other dealer in New Castle we planned on visting that day. We met Kris as soon as we entered and right away he was friendly and asking great questions to help us match the right car to our needs. Kris was very friendly and not at all pushy. He was more than willing to work out a few scenarios with different terms and money down, as I like to see things laid out a few ways. We decided the deal was too good to pass up and signed right there with Kris without going to the next Dealership we had planned that day. I am very happy with my Cruz Eco and my husband is already eyeing up the Malibu Eco and planning when he will be able to do a trade for it! More
I have recently purchased my second new Camaro from Felicia Benson at Nucar. My first experience was so outstanding that there was no doubt that I would return when I was ready for the second car. Felicia is by far the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. Buying from her is more like working with a trusted friend. She is very knowledgeable about the vehicles she sells to the point where she lets the vehicle sell itself. There is no pressure to buy or add expensive options that you really don't want. She takes care of every little detail and makes buying a car a very pleasant experience. The first Camaro was ordered from the factory and Felicia kept me updated with the progress of the car being built and shipped (very exciting!). She called me the minute it arrived at the dealership and arranged to have it prepped right away and I picked it up the same afternoon! For the second Camaro, I wanted to take advantage of several Chevy and dealer incentives that expired the end of April. Felicia helped me find a car with the options I wanted that had just come in and worked to get me all the incentives that I was entitled to. When I was ready to take delivery, I noticed a factory paint flaw on the trunk that was only noticeable in a certain light. Felicia immediately got the right people at Nucar engaged to decide what was needed to remedy the situation (as it turned out, beyond my expectations). I expected the repair to take about a week but much to my surprise, Felicia and Nucar came through and had the issue completely taken care of by the next day -- in fact, body shop personnel worked overtime to make it happen. What more could you ask for from a dealership and sales staff! My husband and I have purchased many cars over the years -- most of them Chevys and a few of them Camaros -- and Felicia and the entire Nucar dealership gets our top rating. Needless to say we will return the next time we are ready for a car. More
We have been searching for a new car for over a month and being a resident of Pennsylvania, we were hesitant about purchasing a car out of state. The sales consultant Chris Strader at NuCar couldn't have made it any easier for us to make our decision. He was very patient and took the time to listen to our needs and our budget. As we continued to look at other brands before making our decision he followed up weekly to keep us informed of any new incentives or rebates available through the dealership or Chevrolet. We looked at and test drove at other dealers but in the end Chris and the entire team at NuCar Chevrolet made all the difference. The NuCar team gave us a GREAT deal on our new 2012 Malibu LTZ and we will highly recommend your dealership to both family and friends. As an added note my wife and I want to personally thank Chris Strader for taking the pressure out of purchasing a new car and instead making it a pleasurable experience. More

I am more than thankful to have had the chance to work with Felicia Benson, the BEST Salesperson I have ever worked with! Ms. Benson made me feel more then comfortable, I felt like I had known her for years and that she was a good friend trying to help me get the best deal possible, rather then me just being another sale. She took the time to listen to everything I had to say and made sure that I was happy! She even stood in a parking lot for over 20 minutes in the wind and cold while I tried to decide over a simple color, being nothing but patient and understanding the whole time! I traveled from Lancaster, PA to check out a Honda Element I saw on line. My time at NuCar was positive from the start. Jay Mikesell, the sales person was warm and friendly. I would have to say everyone is friendly and eager to help you out and drive out with a new car. The only thing was when the car came out of the detailer and we were driving home we noticed we were almos help you out and drive out with a new car.
