I recently took my 2011 ELANTRA in for a recall campaign and after they inspected my car I received a laundry list of items (11 total) that needed to be repaired immediately to the tune of $1800. After look and after they inspected my car I received a laundry list of items (11 total) that needed to be repaired immediately to the tune of $1800. After looking over the report, two of the items were an oil change and to replace my cabin filter for about $50 each. The problem is I just replaced both about a month ago! So if they’re lying to me about those two items how can I trust them for the other nine items on their list. In addition I received a text from their service manager George to contact him “if for any reason they don’t deserve high marks” so I called and left a message and I’ve never received a return phone call. I would never take my car back to Hub Hyundai and I suggest that you don’t take yours there either and if you do, get a second opinion on any service they suggest. More

I brought my Genesis in for a repair to my driver’s side door locking mechanism. I was told that the actuator had shorted out and that I would be responsible for the $100 deductible for my warranty. I agreed to lay the deductible and the locking mechanism was fixed. Unfortunately the side view mirror did not function properly when I drove the car home. I returned the car the next day to have this issue fixed and I was told by the Service Drive Manager Luis Machado that this window problem was essentially my responsibility and was not caused by the initial repair. I was told that i would have to pay a second deductible in order to get the mirror fixed. The mirror worked fine when I brought the car in for the door issue and did not work when I drove it home. This was not my fault and Hub Hyundai is not taking responsibility for their work. I asked that they pay for my $100 deductible and Luis refused. I cannot recommend this dealership for repairs. On a scale of 1 to 10 this experience was an easy 12. Thank You very much Hub Hyundai. More
My 2011 sonata had an engine issue. I brought it to Hub Hyundai and dropped it off after hours. The next morning I got a call from Paul and he said the mechanic was going to inspect my sonata and give me a Hyundai and dropped it off after hours. The next morning I got a call from Paul and he said the mechanic was going to inspect my sonata and give me a call later. About an hour later Paul called me and said the engine was bad. He said it was fully covered with no out of pocket expenses and the engine was on order. This was a 100% hassle free experience. I highly recommend Paul and Hub Hyundai for the old fashioned speedy service More
