I arrived at 8:02 am to get a routine oil change. Waited for over 2 hours for a routine oil change. Normal turn round time is up to a hour. I missed a dr appt. @ 10am because of this dealership delay in th for over 2 hours for a routine oil change. Normal turn round time is up to a hour. I walked out of that dealer at 10:16a.m. infuriating experience and do not ever anticipate to go to this dealership ever again! 😑 More

As we drove up to service there was a person coming to our car to get information to ask what we needed. They took our car and we went inside to wait. After 12 years purchasing 13 cars from this dealership I don't trust the new management. The only reason I purchased the 2021 Santa Fe Limited from Hub was because I trust Burl Franklin and Bob Rea in Sales don't trust the new management. The only reason I purchased the 2021 Santa Fe Limited from Hub was because I trust Burl Franklin and Bob Rea in Sales which I give Five Stars***** and I fully trust Paul Wicher in Service which I give Five Stars***** to as well. As for the new management of this dealership. I would rather not deal with. I will continue purchasing and servicing my cars here as long as the people I trust are still there. More
Bought a brand new 2021 Hyundai Elantra and they sold it with a puncture in the tire. They had to fill it up before I even left the lot and then a few days later my tire pressure was low again in the same t with a puncture in the tire. Sam the manager has horrible customer service with his tone when he speaks. DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THEM. Horrible when you finally buy a car. More

The problem with the transmission was corrected. The Tucson seems to be running like new. The issue I had was that you as a dealership made the decision not to provide us with any kind of loaner car. This was, by far, the worst customer service I've ever received. They falsely advertised a vehicle I was interested in (still marketed at false price) and refused to honor the advertised price. It was difficult getting anyone to return calls or e-mails with information on the vehicle and even the manager (Sam) didn't take the time to provide helpful information. Steve Mendoza, the salesperson couldn't even explain the cost breakdown of the vehicle. Sam, the manager, was extremely condescending in his tone. It's obvious that he doesn't care about customer service. Finally spoke to the GM (Lorraine Everret) who was no better...zero assistance but what's interesting is the manager (Sam) had implied it would be a waste of time to speak with the GM. Because of the current state of supply/demand with vehicles, this place is not interested in servicing people or treating people with integrity but when things turn around, they are going to have ruined their own reputation. I would give zero stars if I could and will be reporting them as high as I can go...even with the manufacturer. More

Manager said he will talk to owner and get back to us next business day. Instead of saying yes or no on tires, they came back stating we are increasing the price by $1500 and will not cover tires. We would have bought the car the day before if the manager didn't offer to talk to owner and get back to us. Now he is stating my hands are tied and this was some weekend special that you missed out. DON'T TRUST THEM! It seems they don't mind backing away from their word. MOTHERS DAY surprise would have been nice if we got this car, especially after losing our father recently due to Covid. But these people really know how to kick someone while they are down. More
